Ways to Wellbeing

Ways to wellbeing brings together a range of practitioners interested in improving individual and community wellbeing.

During these sessions, you will learn new techniques, knowledge and information to support you and the people around you in your journey towards better mental, physical, social, environmental and spiritual health.

You are free to join as many/few sessions as you wish.
Time: 10:30am – 12.00pm.
(60 – 90mins)
Upon booking, you will receive a Zoom invitation, at least 24hours prior to the event. The link is valid for all sessions.
