Kymberly is an experienced self-employed archaeologist specialising in finds work, especially pottery of all time periods, and landscape archaeology. She has a great deal of practical experience in coping with various aspects of diversity. These include working with people from different cultures in museums, in the UK and field work in Africa and the Middle East; finding adjustments to cope with disability-both her own and others; working with veterans- Kymberly served before her transition in the Royal Artillery and has experience of various veteran’s issues; and how being transgender affects both everyday life and managing the work environment- she came out while working for HE in 2022. Finally, she has extensive experience in training and mentoring in both fieldwork and museum environments.
